Training Provided
Every new caregiver completes a comprehensive 4-week onboarding program at our Surrey training centre. You’ll learn person-centered care approaches, dementia support techniques, cultural sensitivity, and sustainable caregiving practices.
Our training is led by healthcare professionals with real-world experience. You’ll gain hands-on skills through supervised practice and shadowing experienced caregivers before working independently.
Ongoing education is part of our culture. Monthly workshops, skill refreshers, and professional development opportunities ensure you continue to grow throughout your career with HandsThatCare.
