About HandsThatCare

Women-founded, healthcare-led, and committed to transforming home care through compassion and sustainability.

Founder’s Story

Three women. One friendship. One shared dream — now brought to life.

HandsThatCare was founded by three women who met as co‑workers in healthcare back in 2012. What began as teamwork quickly grew into a deep friendship — built through long shifts, shared challenges, countless memories, and a mutual passion for caring for others.

For years, they talked about a dream: “One day, we’ll build something of our own — something rooted in the work we love.” That dream stayed with them through career changes, life transitions, and the evolving world of healthcare. And today, that dream has become a reality. HandsThatCare is the result of:

  • A decade of shared experience
  • A bond strengthened by compassion and purpose
  • A vision to create a homecare agency that feels human, ethical, and heart‑led

Together, these three women built HandsThatCare to offer families the kind of support they always believed in — care delivered with dignity, respect, and genuine connection.

This isn’t just a business. It’s a promise they made to each other, and now extend to every family they serve.
