We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness to both clients and caregivers, we ask that cancellations be made as early as possible.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled visit will not incur a fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a visit may be subject to a cancellation charge.
  • Repeated last‑minute cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.

This policy helps us maintain reliable service and respect the time of our caregivers.
